Sounds like a pretty physical game then. Did the ladies play as well? This is the guys' score, right?

Re: GC vs Pikeville
Pikeville was weak. GC was so fatigued from playing 6 games in 9 days, they were so drained. I say a rested up gc team would of won by 25. No disrespect to pikeville they had some shooters but gc let them away with points without trying to defend it. A pretty boring game all in all. And it was boys only. Jv boys won 48-32

Either way, I'm always glad to see a Virginia team whip up on some KY basketball.

Well GC is 2-0 this year vs KY teams. Both have been 10+ wins.

Figured Harlan County would have turned out to be a pretty good series over the years if they could have kept that them on. Seems they're playing pretty well again this year. Perry County Central and Knott County Central usually have pretty good teams, closer than Wolfe and Pikeville.

Beamer, gc dont care about travel time like lee does. Plus scotty knew wolfe co's who passed away and the pikeville game was last min due to elizabethton cancelling on last min. Gc will travel to play and not complain like lee high who got to drop to single A because of "travel hardships" lmao!
